Acronym padex snic
Name partially dodeca-expanded snub cube

Vertex figure [3,3,h,o], [3,H,O]
Face vector 48, 84, 38
Confer
uniform variant:
snic
general polytopal classes:
partial Stott expansions

The semiregular octagon {(o,O)4} has alternating corner angles o resp. O; the semiregular hexagon {(h,H)2} has alternating corner angles h resp. H.

When the edges of type (*) – as marked below – get reduced to zero, the semiregular hexagons get reduced to regular triangles and the semiregular octagons get reduced to squares. The whole polyhedron than gets contracted into a snic again.
