This is a scaliform edge-faceting of a Grünbaumian double-cover of the small rhombated pentachoron (srip). The additional 20 hexagons are the diagonals of the former cuboctahedra (co), the additional 60 triangles are used to produce a octuple coincidence of the former co-co triangles.
