Looks like a vertex coincident compound (type B) of tigaghi (the red acute part of the above vertex figure) and quit sishi (the yellow narrow part there), and indeed those vertices would be identified. Further the decagon-decagon edges (of tigid) and the decagram-decagram edges (of quit sissid) coincide one by one as well (the coincidic tip vertex of both there), and will have to be identified too, if the vertex figure shall not fall into different shaped components (uniformity). These identifications get outlined in the 2 endings "|| 1 1" of the below matrix (type A).
(However, the vertex figure moreover displays clearly, that here there is no vertex figure face (representing a polychoron cell or facet), which connects vertex figure edges of both components one each. This is esp. because of the missing link between the non-tip vertices there, which would close such a traverse. But that fact then is in contrast to the case of e.g. cid, where both the compoundic or the tetradic descriptions also could be re-interpreted as true dyadic polyhedra, just having coinciding edges there. In fact, within cid that true polyhedral reading only required a different vertex figure interpretation only, i.e. no further links were needed, while in here such a re-interpretation would require for further vertex figure links and faces, i.e. further polychoral faces and cells. That is, this polychoral blend in here is even more "complexified" then those polyhedral examples had been.)
